Still refusing a court ruling to come clean over its largest debtors, State bank CGD insists the effects of doing so would be “extremely pernicious for the institution, the financial system in general and its clients”. The issue is on its way to the Supreme Court: the Pandora’s Box of appalling financial decision-making trussed tight, despite Lisbon’s appeals court refusing grounds for an appeal. CGD is thus making a complaint.
