Peruvian cuisine has taken the world by storm over recent years and finally it seems to be catching on here in the Algarve. We do after all have some of the best fresh fish in the world and where better to enjoy a good ceviche than right on the beach at Rei das Praias near Ferragudo. This delicacy must be ordered in advance, as although this restaurant always has plentiful fresh fish ready to be cooked, this preparation and especially the artful presentation shown here take time.
