Vila Joya boutique hotel in Galé, Albufeira, has announced the opening of its second restaurant, suitably called Segundo.
The restaurant is being recommended as a more informal alternative to its existing two Michelin star Vila Joya Restaurant, however offering the same “quality and service clients have grown accustomed to”. For Segundo Restaurant, executive chef Dieter Koschina took inspiration from the Algarve cuisine as well as the “special requests” from his regular clients.
With a welcoming and cosy environment, Segundo offers an a la carte menu, featuring particularly fresh fish and seafood dishes accompanied by “exceptional quality wine”.
Located by the pool, the restaurant has only seven tables so advance bookings are recommended.
Segundo is open Fridays and Saturdays for dinner (lunch for hotel guests only) from June to mid-September.
