The Algarve Property Podcast is coming to a phone, computer, tablet or smart speaker near you!
The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way that real estate agents do business, especially here, in the Algarve, where travel restrictions have prevented many overseas clients from undertaking in-person property viewings, as they used to. Many of Cerro Novo Properties’ clients enjoy regular contact with their team via a myriad of methods, be it by email or phone, Zoom or Facetime; or by visiting them in person at their Albufeira offices, or at overseas property events. To complement this wide range of contact points, and keep close to their clients, they’re now launching a brand-new podcast to bring the latest news, views and information for property buyers and sellers.
This new podcast, hosted by Digital Content Manager, David Oxendale brings together Robert, Ana and a variety of interesting guests talking about key subject areas that include buying and selling, taxation and residency, and latest listings. They are also planning on taking a deeper dive into the lifestyle of the Algarve, from fresh food markets to glorious beach bars with sunsets to die for.
