SPANISH DANCE company, Ballet Flamenco de Madrid will be performing a flamenco ballet spectacular at the Conservatória Regional do Algarve Maria in Faro, on December 14, at 9.30pm.
The production features 24 dancers and six musicians who will be combining Spanish music, dance and flamenco; elements which form the very basis of Spanish culture.
If you are looking for something a little more traditional in terms of entertainment this Christmastime, the critically acclaimed Young Ballet Company of the Ukraine will be performing a production of Cinderella at the same venue on December 21, at 9pm. The dancers are aged between eight and 14 and this is a show likely to prove immensely popular with all ages, but especially children.
Tickets for the flamenco show are priced at 35 euros and 40 euros and a discount of 20 per cent is offered for groups of six or more. Tickets for Cinderella are priced at 35 and 40 euros each for adults and tickets for children under 10 are priced at 20 and 25 euros according to seat position.
