Making the move from Denmark to the Algarve in 1982, the Jensen family brought with them their experience of landscaping to launch their family run company Esdav Golf.
As one of the oldest established landscaping companies in the Algarve, Esdav Golf specialise in landscaping and golf construction.
John and Lis Jensen, along with their two sons, have since been residents in the Algarve and are now celebrating the 30th anniversary of their company and accomplished achievements over the years.
In particular, the couple look back on major jobs including the wood construction at Tavira tourist hot spot, Pego de Inferno, the public garden in Almancil, Vila Sol Hotel garden and the Golf Academy in Vale do Lobo, plus construction works that were carried out at various golf courses throughout the 80s and 90s.
A recent project (illustrated in the photograph) at the Colina Verde’s football pitch was completed with celebratory champagne.
Showing their charitable side, Esdav Golf also provided and fitted a full artificial grass football pitch for Pirilampo’s children’s home in Albufeira a short while ago.
Esdav Golf are able to cater to an extensive range of landscaping, wood works, technical and golfing requirements and in addition are able to hire out operational machinery to all experienced operators.
