PAWS 4 Pets, a Silves-based company stocking everything you can imagine to keep your canine, poultry or feline companion happy, is celebrating its second birthday tomorrow (December 16).
The shop in Silves, opposite the old Roman bridge, will be open from 10am until 5pm, with special Christmas stock to keep your pampered pets fed and happy over the festive season.
Not only will you be making an animlas eyes light up over Christmas, 10 per cent of the days takings will be donated to the Pirilampos children’s home in Albufeira, the Silves-based Castelo dos Sonhos charity and the Associação de Protecção Animal do Algarve (APAA), the Algarve association for the protection of animals.
On the day, donations of wrapped presents for the children at Pirilampos will be collected, as will any dried food and clothes for the Castelo dos Sonhos.
Refreshments will be available, so why not do some Christmas shopping and help worthy causes at the same time?
