Cabeço da Junqueira is the latest rural area in Castro Marim to have access to drinkable water.
As mayor Francisco Amaral explains, this means that the homes of 1,000 more inhabitants are linked to the municipal mains water supply.
The area of Alta Mora is also “nearly there”, with Nora Velha, Nora Nova and Pereiras due to follow.
