Cascais “pondering” option of buying vaccines from Russia, China, Israel

Cascais mayor Carlos Carreiras (PSD) has announced that his municipality has made contact with Russia, China and Israel with regard to buying vaccines for Covid-19. He has stressed nonetheless that any action related to vaccination will not go forwards without “conversations with the government”.
