Cascais opens seafront promenade

With another weekend looming in which populations are prohibited from leaving their borough of residence, Cascais municipality has taken the decision to reopen the seafront promenade. Say reports, it was opened on Tuesday and immediately locals started using it, some on bicycles, some with their dogs, almost all wearing masks. “Children and dogs played on the stretch of beach, which is not permitted”, adds Expresso.
