The 5th Corporate Golf Day organised by Casas do Barlavento saw partners, owners and buyers get together at the usual venue, the Boavista Golf Resort & Spa, near Lagos, last Friday.
The charity hole this year was in aid of Lagos firefighters, raising €1,000, subsequently doubled by Luís Ledo, Casas do Barlavento managing director.
The number of participants has been increasing year after year, with this event counting on 90 golfers. All contributed to an excellent golf day, which had an initial 9am shotgun, followed by a Four Ball Texas Scramble game.
At the end of the game, drinks and nibbles were served at the terrace to the sound of live music. Lunch at the clubhouse followed as well as a tombola with prizes sponsored by local companies.
