Casas do Barlavento real estate agency celebrated its 20th anniversary by holding the 7th Corporate Golf Day, an annual event that brings together friends and business partners “in a relaxed atmosphere and with a charitable dimension”.
The event was held recently at the Boavista Golf & Spa in Lagos and was in support of the Bombeiros Voluntários de Lagos.
Casas do Barlavento’s 7th Corporate Golf Day was attended by numerous clients, friends and business partners. The event not only celebrated the company’s 20th anniversary but also highlighted its “ongoing commitment to social responsibility”.
One of the standout moments of the day involved a charitable fundraising initiative in which participants generously contributed funds to support the mission of the Volunteer Firefighters of Lagos, “an institution that plays a fundamental role in the safety of the local community”. The event raised a total of €950 in donations.
Casas do Barlavento’s Managing Director, Luís Ledo, took the initiative to match the amount raised, resulting in a total of €1,900 donated to the Volunteer Firefighters of Lagos, with the symbolic cheque presentation taking place on October 17.
Following the golf tournament, participants enjoyed lunch at the resort’s clubhouse, followed by a musical interlude and the presentation of prizes and trophies.
