TONY FILIPE is a Portuguese-born Australian immigrant. While in Sydney, he gained most of his experience working for various construction companies and, in 1991, graduated in Building Science at the Sydney University of Technology. He operated his own building business, servicing the Sydney building industry and, after moving to his birth country in 2003, he decided to continue in his field of expertise and Casas-Algarve was born.
