Forty-four CASA members and guests visited the Asia-Tokyo restaurant in Praia da Rocha on Saturday, April 13 for lunch.
According to the club’s records, this was the first time CASA Social Club had experienced an Asian meal.
The restaurant has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff served members with platters containing a wide variety of sushi, followed by Chinese dishes. “Despite our best efforts, we were unable to eat everything served! It was an excellent meal, well served and in well-appointed surroundings,” said a CASA spokesperson.
The next CASA event will be lunch at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portimão (catering school) on Wednesday, May 15 (fully booked), followed by a BBQ at The Holiday Inn in Armação de Pêra on Saturday, June 22.
