Carvoeiro’s Michelin-star restaurant Bon Bon will reopen on Saturday (May 23). For now, the restaurant will only be serving lunches on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Like all other restaurants and eateries that are reopening, Bon Bon will follow a strict set of guidelines: seating capacity will be limited, tables must be booked beforehand, and clients’ and employees’ safety will be a priority.
“Our clients can return and feel confident as we will welcome them with the utmost professionalism and care, taking advantage of the calm of our terrace and the good weather that only this region can provide,” said owner Nuno Diogo.
Head chef Louis Anjos will continue leading the restaurant’s kitchen and using “quality national products” to craft his dishes.
As he has said in the past, one of the most fascinating parts of being a chef is serving “culture on a plate”.
Bon Bon will only be reopening for dinners on June 25.
