Carvoeiro Chapel is holding an RC Mass in English on Sunday, April 18 at 4pm.
Organisers say: “Come and join us at the chapel on the cliffs – Our Lady of the Incarnation – for our monthly English Mass (third Sunday of the month).
“This mass will mark the Third Sunday of Easter. The whole Mass will be in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass. Everyone is most welcome even if you do not normally attend this church.”
Covid-19 rules will apply, and all are asked to wear masks. There will be hand-gel at the door and distanced seating.
A collection for the Food Bank will take place, so contributions with a long shelf life are welcome and will be distributed to families in need.
“Please be aware that the usual time for weekend Mass in Carvoeiro is Saturday at 5.30pm (in Portuguese). This English Mass does not replace that,” say organisers.
