An RC Mass in English will take place this Sunday, May 16 at the Carvoeiro Chapel of Our Lady of the Incarnation, located on the eastern cliffs of the town, at 4pm.
The Carvoeiro Catholics’ monthly English Mass is held on the third Sunday of the month.
This mass will mark the Ascension. The whole Mass will be in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass. Everyone is welcome even if you do not normally attend this church.
COVID-19 rules will apply, and all are asked to wear masks. There will be hand-gel at the door and distanced seating for your safety.
A collection for the Food Bank will take place, thus a contribution with a long shelf life for families in need will be welcome.
Please be aware that the usual time for weekend Mass in Carvoeiro is Saturday at 5.30 pm (in Portuguese). This English Mass does not replace that.
