Lagoa is preparing to host the final stage of the National Footvolley Championship on Saturday and Sunday (October 7-8) at Praia do Carvoeiro.
The event will bring the “best and most spectacular footvolley athletes” to the borough, say organisers.
Matches will begin at 9am.
As its name suggests, footvolley combines aspects of beach volleyball and football.
