The Carvoeiro Clube Group has taken over the management and operation of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis “as part of its expansion strategy”.
The group, which last November took over the popular family resort Quinta do Paraíso also in the area, has negotiated a long-term management deal with the owners of Carvoeiro Ténis S.A.
“Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis is a perfect addition to our growing portfolio,” said CEO Patricia Bürer, who runs the business alongside owners Andreas Stocker and Erik de Vlieger.
“It makes perfect sense as we can offer all services ‘under one roof’. Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis has enormous potential and should become an attractive venue for anyone staying in Carvoeiro, be it property owners, holidaymakers or local residents, beginners or pros.
“We look forward to working closely with a team of professionals in their field, such as Charles Guy, the Pro Team Academy coach, and João Teodoro, the fitness coach specialising in physiotherapy and muscle rehabilitation.
“With the expertise of resort manager Gaby Makkinje, Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis will again become a popular place to spend time with family and friends, offering all sorts of activities related to tourism, sport and leisure.”
The group has further added that the deal “will not lead to any re-organisation of the operation as all current employees will keep their positions and will be employed by the Carvoeiro Clube Group”.
Carvoeiro Clube Group is the largest property management company in the Carvoeiro area, also managing the resorts Carvoeiro Clube, Monte Carvoeiro, Algarve Clube Atlântico, Monte Dourado, Quinta do Paraíso and Presa de Moura. Real estate agency Quinta da Palmeira is also part of the group.
