The Carvoeiro Cat Charity Association (CCCA) is organising another Charity Dinner to raise much-needed funds for the animals in its care. The event will be held on Saturday, May 27, at Restaurante Ti Teresa on the N125 in Vale de Lousas, from 7pm.
Say organisers: “Once again, it will be an evening of fun, delicious food, thanks to Nuno and the team, and a chance to meet different faces who all share one common goal” – animal welfare.
The three-course menu includes a choice of starters (selection of ‘petiscos’ on the table, vegetable or tomato soup), choice of fish dishes (bacalhau à Brás, grilled tuna belly, or roast golden bream with potatoes, peppers, onions); choice of meat dishes (pork in red wine sauce, chicken breast in a curry sauce, or Picanha with rice and black beans); vegetarian option of spaghetti with vegetables; choice of desserts (selection of homemade desserts to choose from); coffee; wine, water, beer and soft drinks are included; spirits will need to be paid individually.
