Portimão || A suspicious fire which destroyed four cars parked in Portimão in the early hours of Tuesday (July 15) is being investigated by the Polícia Judiciária (PJ), a source from the PSP police confirmed to the Resident.
Eye witnesses said the vehicles, which were parked along the Avenida 25 de Abril, were totally engulfed by flames which were put out by the local bombeiros.
Correio da Manhã writes that a passer-by said he saw a suspicious individual laying something under one of the cars moments before the fire started at around 5am.
PJ police are currently investigating and won’t comment on the case.
