Faro will be participating in the European Car Free Day on September 22.
The historic area of the city will be closed to traffic and various activities will take place, involving students from schools in the county, between 8am and 5pm.
These include bike rides, experiences with non-pollutant vehicles and environmental awareness workshops, among others.
The activities will take place at Largo da Sé and Largo Afonso III.
