Lisbon may well be the ‘coolest’ city in Europe, according to a CNN report.
Journalist Fiona Dunlop singled out seven main reasons why the Portuguese capital could be the hippest city on the continent – its nightlife, gastronomy, beaches and castles, architecture, art, fascinating streets and above all its welcoming atmosphere and self-effacing people.
Dunlop concludes: “Lisbon deserves consideration as Europe’s coolest capital.”
