Ria Formosa’s first canoeing open day took place last Saturday (April 26) at Faro beach nautical centre, with over 120 regional, national and international canoeists participating in the main marathon competition.
Sixty people showed up for the canoeing trip down the estuary, while 40 children participated in the canoeing training experience for youngsters.
