Canada beckons

“Express Entry” is a new fast-track system launched by the Canadian government to make it quicker and easier for foreign workers and students – Portuguese included – to obtain permanent residence visas.
Canada is hoping to attract 300,000 foreigners next year to meet the country’s “current and future labour market needs”. “Express Entry” will come into effect in January.
