Campers at Camping Albufeira have raised nearly €1,000 for the local Bombeiros during charity events held recently.
Fun events included a New Year swim, a panto night followed by a charity head shave, guess-the-weight-of -the-cake and an auction.
Rally stewards for the Albufeira Camping and Caravan Club, Bob and Lyn Geary, said: “We have yet to have the popular annual pig roast, which is organised by the Boiça family at Camping Albufeira, where more money is raised for the Bombeiros.”
