VILA REAL de Santo António Câmara has approved an agreement with the association of volunteer firefighters that will see 130,000 euros transferred over the course of the year. This sum represents an increase of more than 100,000 euros on last year, a measure justified by the acquisition of new equipment, vehicles and building works. The money will go towards funding general support costs over the coming year.
