Business support office needed

Castro Marim needs a Business Support Office to help existing companies resist the recession and encourage new investment, said Carlos Nóbrega, Socialist (PS) council candidate. He added that excessive bureaucracy had to be eliminated while businesses that need to apply for financing programmes should be helped with the procedure. Nóbrega was speaking during a debate about the local economy last week.
