Stuart Reynolds, sports therapist to the Algarve has arrived. Stuart, who has come over from England with his family and is now resident in Silves, aims to enlighten and make residents of the region aware of the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
Stuart has been self-employed for six years and has studied continually for the past 10 years, absorbing new ideas and striving to achieve a better understanding of the human body, its needs and capabilities. He has recently returned from San Diego, US, after completing courses in Golf Biomechanics, Core Stability, Nutritional Lifestyle Coaching and Metabolic Typing.
Stuart can help with a variety of problems, from chronic, acute and repetitive strain injuries, to rehabilitation following an operation and even a relaxing massage after a hard workout at the gym or on the football pitch. Stuart has worked with all ages, including young children with Cerebral Palsy and older clients with arthritis, whatever age, all Stuart’s clients have found his work invaluable.
The British mountain biking team and Stuart’s local conference football club in the UK also benefited from his knowledge and guidance.
Stuart has been based at a highly reputable treatment clinic in England, which offers a very high standard of service, as well as spending time guiding local businesses through courses relating to health and safety in the work place.
