Bus drivers from age of 18? ANTROP is all for it

ANTROP, the Portuguese association of passenger transports, is all for reducing the current minimum age for a bus driver from 23 to 18. It is a way the association believes it may ‘attract more people to the profession’. Critics have suggested raising salaries might be a wiser plan, but ANTROP cites other countries where people can qualify as bus drivers from the age of 18.
