MORE THAN 900 exhibitors, representing over 40 countries, took part in the 2006 edition of Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa (BTL), the Lisbon travel market, at Parque das Nações in Lisbon last week.
The diverse range of stands offered everything related to travel from the traditional to the unusual – free literature and photographic displays but also dancers, acrobats, musicians in national costume and representatives in wacky outfits. Thousands visited the five-day event, both those working in the travel industry and the general public.
