Bronze Age talks

Two lectures on the fortified settlement of Outeiro do Circo, a Bronze Age site in Beja, Alentejo, will be presented in the Algarve on May 8. Organised by the Algarve Archaeology Association, the lectures by Miguel Serra and Eduardo Porfírio will take place first at São Brás Museum at 3pm and later at Lagoa’s Convento de São José at 7.15pm. Entry is free for AAA members but costs €5 for non-members. The money goes towards grants paid to working archaeologists.

A lunch and dinner are planned for before and after the lectures, respectively. Call 917 267 948 to book.
