The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK will be holding their 2016 Algarve Gala Dinner on Thursday, November 10 at the Conrad Algarve Hotel, Quinta do Lago, at 7.30pm.
Their guest speaker will be Stephen Hammond MP, the Conservative MP for Wimbledon and currently Chairman of the British Parliament’s All Party Parliamentary Group on Portugal.
Mr Hammond, who has a house in the Algarve and spends several weeks a year here, will be giving his thoughts on the UK and Portugal’s relationship post-Brexit.
The award-winning chefs at the Conrad are preparing a special three-course meal and the wines will be sponsored by the Algarve’s internationally renowned Quinta dos Vales.
Other event sponsors are Chamber members Abacus Financial Services, Boavista Golf and Spa Resort/Lakeside Village, Caixa Geral de Depósitos, PLMJ, and Blevins Franks.
Chamber members and non-members are welcome to attend.
The ticket price includes the three-course meal with welcome drink, wine with dinner, coffee and petit fours.
Tickets cost €45 for Chamber members and their guests, and €55 for non-members.
A special room rate at the Conrad Hotel is available for overnight guests.
