British chef focuses on Algarve cuisine

Celebrated British chef Adam Byatt was in the Algarve recently to research the local gastronomy for a special feature in the April/May edition of the Thomas Cook in-flight magazine.

The trip was organised by the Algarve Tourism Association, with the support of Turismo de Albufeira, which assisted the chef in his search for the best local cuisine, using the freshest ingredients found in the Algarve.

The publication has a circulation of 80,000 and covers subjects such as gastronomy, fashion, beauty, sport and travel. The feature ‘Love at first bite’ can be read at
