British artist opens Algarve gallery

British artist David Haines opened his new art gallery in Loulé on Saturday with an exhibition of his latest works. 

The new gallery is located along part of one of the oldest buildings in the historic centre of Loulé and opposite the city’s Municipal gallery.

“The gallery is in an ideal location with many other artists’ ateliers in the area,” said David Haines. “The square of Dom Pedro I is a tourists’ gem with an archaeological dig, an old working ‘fonte’ and the Chá d`Arte tea house next door.”
