The main winner on Saturday was the weather, with only one fixture being played as all other games were washed out due to heavy rain.
The surviving game, between Clube Praia D’Oura and PDF Crusaders, was played with CPO taking full advantage of the situation by beating Crusaders by 68 shots to 41 and taking six points to one.
The Greens did manage to play off their outstanding game with the VDL Jackals during the week and won by 89 shots to 27 and a maximum seven points. All other outstanding games should be played off this coming week – weather permitting!
As things stand, CPO remain at the top of the table with 38 points with Greens in close attendance on 37 points. The renamed Tavira Tigers continue to show their teeth on 32 points in third place. Crusaders have 28, Harlequins 25, Gladiators 21, Jackals also on 21. Wolves have 18 as do Vilamoura. Sinners remain at the bottom on 15 points.
The table is a little misleading of course, due to the outstanding matches.
