The meat is imported directly from Ireland and goes through a 28-day ageing process.
The kitchen, headed up by chef Wagner Clebis, also offers fish and vegetarian options.
The wine list features more than 250 national and international wines and, in addition to the outdoor terrace and garden, there is also a pool bar, with infinity pool, serving light meals.
