Boss on top

Bruce Springsteen has been confirmed as a headlining act at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, taking centre stage on June 27.

The concert, for 170,000 festival goers, is believed to be the first for ‘The Boss’ and follows months of speculation surrounding UK performances

by Springsteen.

“I am so pleased he has agreed to come to Worthy Farm for the first time.  He is one of the all-time rock legends and I am confident that this will be one of our best shows ever,” said organiser Michael Eavis.
