Police are investigating the discovery of the body of a young Portuguese man, aged 20, in the Mira river, within the borough of Odemira. According to reports, the body was found, badly decomposed, on Tuesday afternoon “in an area of difficult access” along the river. “The body had been in the water for a long time”, writes Correio da Manhã. The man’s identity has been ascertained from documents found within his clothing.
