The body of a man showing signs of having been stabbed was discovered early this morning outside a Lisbon registry office. Lusa has given the man’s age as ‘around 50’, saying the alert was raised shortly before 6.30am. Correio da Manhã has suggested the man was a ‘rough sleeper’ who had a ‘dispute’ with another rough sleeper. Investigations continue.
