Many people in the Algarve know Alison Blair as the president and founder of the Madrugada charity.
However, not many people know that she is also an accomplished singer and has put this talent to good use by releasing a charity CD.
The 13-track CD includes covers by Alison with everything from Let there be Love, I wanna be loved by you and Girl from Ipanema, and have been given “bluesy treatment” by Alison to make it a great chill out CD.
Copies of the CD cost a minimum of €10 and can be bought from the Madrugada charity shops in Praia da Luz and Portimão or online at www.madrugada-portugal.com, with all proceeds being donated to helping Madrugada support people with life limiting illness.
