A proposal to end the tolls on the Algarve’s A22 motorway once and for all will be presented by Bloco de Esquerda (BE) during the upcoming 2016 State budget debates. “The prime minister (António Costa) said himself that the (alternative) EN125 road was a massacre. The time has come to fulfill promises,” the left-wing party said in a statement.
BE added that doing so depends “solely on the government”.
