A one-kilometre footpath along an area brimming with biodiversity has been created near the village of Cachopo in Tavira.
Named Estação de Biodiversidade de Cachopo (Cachopo Biodiversity Station), it aims to showcase the many “insects and plants that are the foundation of the local ecosystems”.
Visitors can actually share information about any species they find during their stroll online at www.biodiversity4all.org.
