Learn about the events and activities of the Algarve Senior Bikers Group via their new website at www.algarveseniorbikers.org.
The site was constructed by group member Leif Axellson, who has many years of experience in the field of computer technology and has made the site a “user friendly, English-language, one-stop shop” for those interested in the group.
Details of upcoming events and rides planned by the group are available on the site while there is also a password protected private members area.
The site is still being developed by Leif Axellson but already there are photographs, route plans and useful information for group riding on the site.
Meanwhile, there are two upcoming meetings of the Algarve Senior Bikers Group already organised. The first will be a ride in the Monchique area on September 29, meeting at 10am at Bacchus Bar at Porches Pottery on the EN125.
The second meeting is to take place in the eastern Algarve on November 6 from 10am.
Riders are to gather at the Total service station on the southern bypass of São Brás de Alportel for a trip along the Guadiana River to Alcoutim.
