Record Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has added spice to what is already promising to be one of the best Algarve Tours next month by announcing that he will seriously challenge Alberto Contador’s cycling crown this season.
The 38-year-old Texan is returning to action with his new Radioshack team in Australia this Sunday while his Spanish rival and former Astana team mate will kick off 2010 here between February 17 and 21.
