Team Saxo Bank sports director Phillipe Mauduit has confirmed that tainted former two-time Tour de France winner Alberto Contador will begin his 2014 cycling season preparation in the Algarve. The traditional European pipe-opener is scheduled to return to the south of Portugal from February 19 to 23 of next year.
