Singer Beyonce Knowles topped the nominations list for this year’s 52nd Annual Grammy Awards with a total of 10 nominations to her name.
The nominations include Album of the Year for her latest release I Am… Sasha Fierce, Record of the Year for Halo and Song of the Year for Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it).
American pop-country singer Taylor Swift received three nominations for the Grammy awards which are cited as being the most prestigious in the American music calendar.
Other nominations for Best Album include the Dave Matthews Band with Big Whiskey and the Groogrux King, the Black Eyed Peas with The E.N.D, Lady GaGa’s Fame and Taylor Swift’s You Belong with Me.
