Portugal’s first ‘Moxy’ hotel is taking shape in Lisbon, the €15 million investment of Belgian Group Belga Krest.
Say reports, the three-star establishment – following the ‘Moxy’ philosophy of a ‘stylish, budget hotels for millennials – will be ready by September.
It has been purpose-built in Parque das Nações over 15 floors offering 222 rooms, a view over the Tejo river, parking, gymnasium, meeting rooms and terraces.
Alongside it, there is a ‘tower’ of offices, representing another €40 million in investment.
Belga Krest has been operating in Portugal since 2014 and has other projects on the go in the capital, Porto and the Algarve.
