Belgian retail park ‘giant’ Mitiska REIM has just concluded the purchase of four shopping centres in Portugal, previously owned by Blackstone. The value of the operation has not been revealed but ECO online has put it at roughly €40 million “financed by Novo Banco”.
The centres are in Alverca, Santarém, Aveiro and Viana do Castelo (Lima Retail Park). Mitiska REIM has purchased in the name of First Retail International 2.
