With the King Philippe of Belgium pledging to get to the bottom of what caused the horrific collapse of a primary school building due to have opened in September, confirmation has come through today that four, not three, Portuguese construction workers lost their lives in the tragedy. One has been discharged, the others are on general trauma wards.
